Order Processing & Dispatch
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days, but please allow for possible delays during peak periods.
This time frame might be affected due to public holidays, natural calamities & other unavoidable circumstances.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Domestic Shipping

Orders within India are shipped via Shiprocket and generally arrive within 3-5 business days.

All domestic shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

We do not provide refunds for packages lost in transit.

We are unable to refund or replace stolen or unclaimed packages that have been marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, it can be reshipped once received back, but a reshipping fee will apply.

Exchange & Returns, Refunds
We’re sorry you’re not in love with your purchase, but we’re here to make it right! If there’s an issue with your order, you have 48 hours to request a replacement. Just email us at hello@aqueeda.com with your order number and photos of the problem. You’ll be responsible for return shipping (including the original packaging), but we’ll cover the shipping costs for sending your replacement. Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Order Cancellations
Need to cancel your order? No problem! You can cancel any time before it ships. Since we process orders quickly, we’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as possible. Cancelled orders will be refunded through your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
