    Our jewellery is crafted from high-quality sterling silver, designed for both style and durability. It is nickel-free and lead-free, making it safe for sensitive skin. To maintain its shine, keep it dry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or chemicals, and store it in a soft pouch when not in use.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package online.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    You can cancel your order at any time before it ships. Since we strive to dispatch your jewelry as quickly as possible, we’d appreciate it if you notify us promptly. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a replacement.
  • How do I request a replacement?
    If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll review your request and arrange a replacement if eligible.
  • What qualifies as a manufacturing defect?
    Manufacturing defects include broken clasps, missing stones, or structural issues. Normal wear and tear or mishandling is not covered.
  • Do you offer gift packaging?
    Absolutely! All orders go out in cotton pouches and jewellery case, making it perfect for gifting. At checkout, simply leave a note requesting gift packaging and, if desired, include a short personalised message.
